The print edition
A printed copy is the one version of this book that costs something to make and to own — which, by the book’s own argument, is exactly why it is worth having. Print-on-demand means every copy is made to order; there is no warehouse and no inventory risk.
There isn't a print edition yet. If you'd want a physical copy, say so — if enough people do, I'll set one up through print-on-demand. No commitment; it just tells me whether it's worth doing.
